The retailers do this to stress test the products and check that they are working properly. As for your comments on the competition, I don't know enough about this unfortunately. I find it interesting that someone tested and verified all 6 systems the morning they are released. I also find it interesting that nobody I know who entered the competition was asked for their results, Mark Mcrae could apparently divine the best and got in touch with them without even worrying about getting in touch with the loosers. If I did not know any better I would call this a sales scam.
